“My Life In Pieces, The Falklands War” is a graphical book, in comic style, written and illustrated by Will Kevans, a veteran of The Falklands War who served in the Welsh Guards at the time of the conflict. It is at different times both horrific and amusing and is the story of his time spent over there. It’s a great read and the illustrations are superb. Despite the comic style of the illustrations, the full horror and reality of war is clear for all to see and this is a rare glimpse into what it was really like to be there. The book was printed in full colour and bound by The Document Centre in Southwark Bridge Road, London. The binding is a hard bound style and the cover is also gloss laminated. The inner sheets are printed in full colour too, onto a 170gsm silk stock which is section sewn, lying nice and flat when the book is opened.
